A brief deal summary plus last year tax return / financial statement and/or trailing 12 month financial statement; include an offering memo if available.
Will you protect my client relationship? 
Yes—communication is coordinated with you, and your client is not approached as a direct to lender lead.  
How do you handle complex or multi phase projects?
 We’ll help structure financing to match the plan when there are phases, multiple capital sources, or transitional execution risk—and we’ll outline what’s needed at each stage.
When do you request third party reports? 
If needed, they’re typically requested after initial fit is confirmed and next steps are aligned; timing depends on the deal and program requirements.
